I have unprotected oral sex with a girl i met in mexico who was from the uk.am i at risk of getting something?

We used a condom when we had sex, but then we took it off when she was performing oral on me. i also beleive i rubbed my penis on or around her vagina area without a condom. Once i got back i about 3 days after my throat has been killing. feels like there is a porcupine stuck inside my throat. i dont have a cold or a flue As well i feel as if my body is acting weird, my Man area doesnt seem right. Im not sure if this is because im just really paranoid and stressed or if i actually caught something. Im more stressed about HIV/Aids then the stis because i know stis are treatable. what are the chances that i could have gotten Hiv? thanks alot guys
