Need the name of this 90's vhs cartoon movie, help!?

what i can remember is i think a "porcupine?" and his friends are trying to help their sick friends to they need to make a medicine for him. They fly on a ship made of of leaves and wood that they build and fly to gather all the materials to make the medicine.
