Will DriLoc seal grout?

I have an unusual home. It has a Porcelain tile roof (16ft x 30ft) surrounded by shingles on the perimeter. Water is leaking thru the grout and both getting into my home and staining the shingles. I am wondering if DriLoc will seal the grout to prevent this from happening and possibly painting the porcelain tile too. Will it adhere to porcelain and can it be walked on? Since a tile roof is unusual apparently the builders did not use a liner underneath. This is a foreclosure so I have no way to contact the builder.
