Mormons: Can you please provide a link which gives me the official teachings of the Mormon Church?

If it cannot be found at a href="http://www.lds.org" rel="nofollow"http://www.lds.org/a we probably do not teach it. You don't even have to know that much to be baptized. Eight-year-olds know enough to be baptized; they have faith in Jesus Christ, and are also taught the principles of repentance, baptism by immersion for the remission of sins, and the laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost. They are taught to obey the commandments of God, pray, etc.
