I want to evict some horrible sublets. Do I need grounds to do so?

You have to give them a 30 day notice and evict them for undesirable tenants, if they have been there for any length of time it will be the end of the 4 months by the time you get them out but at the end of the 4 months the may not move and you would have to evict them anyway.}{
