What can I do if Canada doesn't support British curriculum?

Hi gals and guys, I am from pakistan--I am 14 and a 9th grader.I have adhered British curriculum since childhood.However, I am moving to Canada......fancy to study Bio-medical.Please suggest what should I do?? Complete my o levels here and move when I am 17 or what??
